The LightForce® EX by LiteCure is a Class IV laser with 15 watts of therapeutic power for fast, efficient and consistent treatment to deep targeted tissues. The LiteCure Class 4 technology utilizes photobiomodulation in producing a photochemical response, thus harnessing the body’s own healing powers.

The LightForce EX features a 980- and 810-nanometre wavelength, along with a Fitzpatrick’s scale of skin tanning to allow the unit to optimize the wavelength to each patient. The unique massage ball technology allows for full contact laser. This allows for compression of the tissue to allow blanching, which reduces obstacles of the superficial absorbers.

The contact application to reduce application also reduces energy loss due to reflection. This allows you also to do manual soft work tissue with the massage ball applicator, while delivering energy at the same time. The massage ball applicator also acts to accommodate delivery of the light tissue, reducing energy loss and minimize the light loss as it passes into the skin.

The LightForce EX laser, using Class IV technology, is a great tool to any clinic looking to decrease inflammation, acute pain, chronic or post op pain, and this is a good starting point for all laser users.
