There has been a lot of studies that suggest that if you do Kegel exercises or core exercises, especially in the second or third trimester, it can make your vaginal delivery a little bit easier.
The one thing to remember is if you are doing Kegels, during the pushing phase of delivery of your baby, you have to focus on relaxing your pelvic floor, rather than actually contracting it as you would during Kegel.
So some examples of some core exercises are Pilates or yoga. If you have any questions about what exercises you should be doing to help speed your delivery up a little bit you should talk to your personal trainer, your physical therapist or your healthcare provider.
