Dr Sonya Hamilton is passionate about teaching others how to regain control and connection with their own health and wellness. Her practice is rooted in the philosophy of helping others to take their own health into their own hands through supported self management and evidence-based care. Dr Hamilton's treatments emphasize the importance of injury prevention and health promotion, supporting patients as they recover. In addition to the use of diversified technique which places importance on adjustments when necessary, and MRT soft tissue technique, she often utilizes a variety of modalities, acupuncture, and rehabilitative exercises to help with pain control and recovery. Her training in Webster Technique enables her to work closely with women during their pregnancy and postpartum, to alleviate low back pain and pregnancy-related discomfort.  Book an appointment!
