We all forget things as we age, but that doesn’t mean we have dementia. Dementia isn’t just one condition - it’s a term that refers to symptoms that cause a decline in mental ability that interferes with daily life. Alzheimer's is the most common type of dementia and accounts for 60 to 80 percent of cases. Vascular dementia is the second most common dementia type and occurs after a stroke. This Doctor saved my life. It has been 20 years of special care for both me and my wife handling a permanent disability that ended my professional career. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable and has connections to other specialists in very high places of current research. He is also a man of faith with high moral standards. He is in high demand and has a closed practice is the only drawback but you can’t fault him for that, it is that, he is just that good. He is forthright and will work with you but he doesn’t tolerate laziness or procrastination or lame excuses so don’t waste his time if you are not serious about changing habits or bad choices. He is open to many forms of healing treatments both pharmaceutical and natural alternatives. Know what your body and mind are telling you and track your symptoms and you will find Dr. Lockhart is your best guide to improved health, mentally and physically.

By far the best psychiatrist in London. I suffer from severe ptsd and adhd. He has truly saved my life and knows what he’s doing. I’ve been seeing him for over 7+ years, it’s been a journey and I’m so glad he’s been there for me every step of the way. You do not get better overnight, you must return when he asks to see if the medication is working. You have to do the work mentally too, you can’t just take pills and get better but he will speak with you and counsel, go out of his way to listen. I could go on and on about how much love I have for this man and how much I’ll miss him when I move away.

a very irresponsible and uncaring doctor. He failed to warn of side effects of perscribed medication and made no follow up appointments. His bedside manners were quite cold and blunt. I have had ongoing and potentially harmful side effects from meds he perscribed. Be wary of this doctor
