    I totally remember Dr Zielinsky. He was insulting, rude, kept interrupting me then claimed he was the one who decided if I got benefits for my PTSD as a result of the Car Accident. He claimed he had authority over State Farm. When I told State Farm Adjuster . He was eventually "not relied upon" was the response from the Insurer. We also asked for his credentials and hospital privelages. My Lawyer never received anything regarding his credentials.
