Dr. Maurice Siu , Psychiatrist, Toronto completed his training in psychiatry at the University of Toronto in June 2003. He is a Lecturer at the University of Toronto. He has been licensed to practice psychiatry in the province of Ontario since July 2003. He completed his certification in Forensic Psychiatry in November 2015. Dr. Maurice Siu , Psychiatrist, Toronto is a staff psychiatrist at the CMI-Forensic Services program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and at the Justice and Mental Health program at the Scarborough Health Network. He has a special interest in forensic psychiatry, addiction medicine, and workplace mental health.     Jeffrey James, 34, a schizophrenic who died after five days in restraints, rarely got to see his doctor in the nearly two months he spent at Canada's largest mental hospital, a coroner's inquest heard yesterday. On the day Mr. James died, a hospital physician renewed the order to keep him under restraints before seeing him in person, the inquest was also told. In the 54 days he was at Toronto's Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Mr. James met his doctor five times, with three of those occasions taking place only after he was tied down, psychiatrist Maurice Siu testified.
