We all forget things as we age, but that doesn’t mean we have dementia. Dementia isn’t just one condition - it’s a term that refers to symptoms that cause a decline in mental ability that interferes with daily life. Alzheimer's is the most common type of dementia and accounts for 60 to 80 percent of cases. Vascular dementia is the second most common dementia type and occurs after a stroke. Memory loss that worsens over time can be another type of dementia.  Pour plus d'informations et les services locaux des psychiatres locaux à Montréal et à Québec PQ, contactez votre psychiatre local

Dr. Hillen helped me immensely with my mental illness, in a time where I didn't see any light at the end of the tunnel. He provides excellent service, and is very easy to talk to about anything. I would 100% recommend Dr. Hillen to anybody.

Dr. Gillen, I had quite a few appointments with you about 2 to 3 yrs ago at AMHC KFLA. You diagnosed my ptsd. I cannot find any help at this time, whether it be therapy or otherwise and it's affecting my entire life. My life now is dependent on getting some help. I'm having mental breakdowns in front of my daughter who has 3 autistic children and now it's taking its toll. Can you please direct me somewhere for help! My family doctor says there's no free help for me as I'm on odsp. Please enlighten me to have some hope for help. I very much appreciate your response on this. Thank-you! Sincerely. ...,.........soupaldianne@yahoo.ca or 343 333 2411
