Not the best at dealing with LGBT+ problems. When speaking with her about this subject she very clearly referred to cisgender boys as "normal boys," which left me thinking that she found transgender boys (ftm) weird and unnatural. She doesn't help very much, she mostly says "Okay," and isn't very clear when discussing/asking questions about my mental health. She's not very up to date on the things going on around in 2017/18.

Dr. Loh is so old, it's way past her retirement. All she does is pick and choose her young patients. If a parent of her severe ADHD patient does not want the patient to be on med. She and her clinician just closed the file without offering any therapy. They don't bother to call the ministry. Also, does not help the patient gets the resources needed for the patient to recover. For example, speech therapy. As well, as working with the teacher at the school to help the patient to be successful in school. If Dr. Loh doesn't want to do anything, maybe she should retire as she is very old. There are a lot of young keen psychiatrists out there looking for a job. The patient tends to tell the clinician what she wants to hear. She should listen to what the parent has to say as the parent is able to get the answer from the patient.
