The RTC is a proud member of the RA Centre's Sports and Recreation Family
The Recreation Association, or the RA Centre as it is more commonly referred to, is the largest private recreation and leisure facility in the Country. The RA offers an extensive range of sports, recreation, fitness and leisure for individuals of all ages and is recognized as Canada’s finest fitness and lifestyle centre. There are, in fact, over fifty activities available to members. In addition to the Sports and Recreation segment of the operation, the RA owns and operates a Food Services division which operates a full service restaurant, a dining room and a range of conference rooms for catering to meetings, weddings and banquets. The RA also operates nine worksite fitness and wellness facilities throughout the Capital Region under the banner LifeFIT Canada.
An RA Association membership is required to join the Rideau Tennis Club. As a member, you have a voice in your Association and we welcome your comments and suggestions. Your membership gives you access to a vast array of Clubs and activities at preferred rates, helps to maintain and develop oustanding facilities and services and allows you to take advantage of benefits such as the RA’s Group Home and Automobile Insurance Program. Association Membership Fees
The following annual membership fees apply to Federal employees, all employees of devolved federal organizations and retired employees who receive a pension based on such employment; or are entitled to a deferred pension based on such employment.

Individual - superannuate $ 21.00
Couple - superannuate $ 27.00
The following annual membership fees apply to all other persons interested in joining the Association.
