Class Descriptions

Basic Ball: Safe enough for beginners and older adults. Large balls and weights are used.

Intermediate Ball
: A challenging, fast-paced workout with large balls and weights.

Gentle Intermediate Mat: Small balls, bands and rollers are used. Intermediate variations and easier modifications will be shown.

Intermediate Mat:
Small balls and bands are used in this challenging workout.

Basic Mat: Small balls and bands are used to enhance a safe, balanced mat class.

Strength Training on the Ball:
Weights are used in conjunction with the instability of the ball. Challenging variations and easier modifications will be shown.
