Dr. Mike Wilkinson Joins HealthChoicesFirst.com Medical Board

Dr. Wilkinson is a physician who practices sports and exercise medicine at the Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Centre at UBC, where he is also an Assistant Clinical professor. He is the CMO and team physician for the Canadian Rowing team and physician for the Vancouver Canucks and Canadian Senior Rugby Team.
He is a member of the Sports Medicine Council of BC (SMCBC), Board of Directors for Own the Podium (OTP) and the International Rowing Federation (FISA) Sports Medicine Commission and expert advisor to the SOCHI 2014 organizing committee and the IOC medical commission. His previous positions include Director, Medical Services at VANOC and Medical Director for the Vancouver International Marathon.
