We are a non-profit organization offering classes according to the system "Yoga in Daily Life". We offer:

  • Yoga classes (level 1-8) including Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation, and meditation.

  • Workshops
  • Vegetarian cooking classes
  • Satsang, monthly meetings with video lecture, discussion and Bhajan singing, by donation

Asanas (movements or postures)
